Brightleaf Cleaning is a family owned, local business serving Oak Park, Riverside, and Chicago's western suburbs with a full staff crew for homes, apartments, and office buildings.
Why we send a full crew
Most cleaning companies send one person and a long list. We send the whole team instead. It means a complete cleaning is usually finished in two to three hours rather than stretching across most of a day, and it means nothing gets left for next time because the visit ran out of hours.
The approach works the same whether we are in a single story apartment or a multi story office building.
Our story
We are a family owned business, local to the communities we clean in, not a franchise or a national chain.
Brightleaf started in 2019 after years of cleaning for other companies and watching the same thing happen on every job: one person, one long checklist, and a visit that ran out of hours before the house was done. We decided the fix was simple. Send the whole crew, finish the whole home, and leave nothing for next time.
Today the crew is six people who arrive together and work the same plan on every visit, in Oak Park, Riverside, and the villages around them.
