When you submit the estimate request form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number, service type, and message details you provide. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How your request reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to Brightleaf Cleaning by email through a form processing service that handles the request solely to deliver it to us and does not use it for its own marketing.

Spam protection

This site uses a hidden form field to filter automated submissions. No third party captcha service is loaded, and nothing about your browser is sent to a third party for that purpose.

How we use your information

We use what you send to prepare an estimate and to contact you about your request. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone other than the service providers described above.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for up to twelve months so we can follow up, then delete them unless you have become a customer. Customer contact records are kept for as long as you use our services.
